Getting Started

Suddenlink customers can visit suddenlink.net, sign in to their online account, select one of the Suddenlink2GO links, and then choose the videos they wish to watch. Customers who do not have a Suddenlink online account can set up one by visiting suddenlink.net, selecting the “Not Registered? SIGN UP NOW” option — found next to the Log In link on the right side of the page — enter the account number and access code from their Suddenlink bill, and follow the registration instructions.

Home Page

At the Suddenlink2GOTM home page, viewers will see a series of popular selections at the top. Following those selections (which will be refreshed periodically), viewers have the option to browse additional content, by “Popular Clips” (short video segments), “Full TV Episodes,” “Full Movies,” or — at the bottom of the page (not pictured) — “Featured TV Networks.”

Browse by Network

From the networks landing page, you can either scan all of the TV networks that have content available through the Suddenlink2GO portal, or scan them alphabetically. After clicking on a particular network, you’ll be taken to a landing page showcasing original series, plus other show episodes and clips from that network.

Browse by Show (or Movie)

From the TV shows landing page– similar to the networks and movies landing pages — you can either scan all of the TV shows that have content available through the Suddenlink2GO portal, or scan them alphabetically. After clicking on a particular show, you’ll be taken to a landing page where you can select from full episodes or shorter video clips. (Not all shows offer full episodes.)

Search for Specific Content

If you have a particular movie or show in mind, you can check to see if it’s available at Suddenlink2GO by typing the title in the search field toward the upper right corner (with a magnifying glass) and pressing the blue circle with a “>” sign in it. You’ll then be taken to a page showcasing relevant search results, if they’re available. You might even find a few surprises. For instance, in the image above, we searched for TNT’s hit drama “The Closer,” starring Kyra Sedgwick. We found several episodes of that show. We also learned from the search results that Sesame Street spoofed the show and that there was another, short-lived series in 1998 by the same title, starring Tom Selleck. Who knew?

In addition, from the search results page, some of the information — for instance, cast member names — may be hyperlinked; if so, and if you follow one of those links, you can find other content that features the named cast member.
