Final Week to Enter Science Challenge

Tomorrow, April 20, is the deadline to submit an idea for the chance to win a mentorship with a 3M scientist, and a $25,000 prize. Discovery’s 2016 Young Scientist Challenge invites students in grades 5-8 to create a one-to two-minute video describing a new, innovative solution that could solve an everyday problem.

Ten national finalists will earn a summer mentorship to bring their innovative ideas to life. The highest scoring applicant will be named America’s Top Young Scientist.
