‘Swamp People’ Returns for Fourth Season

The season four kickoff of “Swamp People” and a new series, “Big Rig Bounty Hunters,” highlight tonight’s programming on History Channel.

In the “Swamp People” premiere at 8 p.m. CT, Hurricane Isaac delays the beginning of alligator hunting season in the Louisiana swamp, forcing the hunters to make up for lost time. Two Texans join the regular cast this season.

At 9 p.m. CT, “Big Rig Bounty Hunters” tracks five groups of colorful characters as they hunt down stolen semi-trailers full of valuable cargo.

History Channel is available to virtually all Suddenlink customers who have what is commonly known as Expanded Basic TV service.

New Season of ‘Swamp People’ Starts Wednesday

Season three of the History Channel’s popular “Swamp People” reality series kicks off tomorrow evening. The show follows a group of Cajuns living in Louisiana’s largest swamp at a time of the year crucial to their livelihood: the 30-day alligator hunting season.

History Channel is available to all Suddenlink customers who have what is commonly known as Expanded Basic TV service.
