Four New Movies Available On Demand

Crime drama “Nightcrawler,” family comedy “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day,” dramatic thriller “Addicted,” and biographic drama “Kill the Messenger” are now available through Suddenlink On Demand.

Jake Gyllenhaal stars in “Nightcrawler” as Lou Bloom, a driven young man desperate for work who discovers the high-speed world of Los Angeles crime journalism. Rene Russo and Bill Paxton also star.

In “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day,” a young boy and his family endure a hilariously dreadful string of calamities. Steve Carrell, Jennifer Garner and Ed Oxenbould star.

Based on the popular novel, “Addicted” follows a woman whose life spins dangerously out of control when she enters into an affair that could destroy her. Sharon Leal, Boris Kodjoe and John Newberg star.

Jeremy Renner stars in “Kill the Messenger,” the true story of a journalist who exposes the CIA’s role in an international conspiracy, becoming the victim of a vicious smear campaign. Rosemarie DeWitt, Robert Patrick and Jena Sims also star.

Family adventure fantasy “Oz: The Great and Powerful” and fantasy horror film “Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters” are now available through Suddenlink Video on Demand (VOD).

In Disney’s “Oz” production, a small-time magician is swept away from Kansas and into an enchanted land where he is forced into a power struggle between three witches. James Franco and Mila Kunis star.

Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton portray fairy tale characters all grown up and seeking revenge in “Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters.”

Action thriller “The Bourne Legacy” is now available through Suddenlink Video on Demand, 28 days before Netflix and Redbox.

The fourth installment in the series sidelines Jason Bourne to focus on a new hero, estranged assassin Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner). On the verge of having their conspiracy exposed, members of the government’s intelligence community will stop at nothing to erase all evidence of their top-secret programs – even the agents involved. Cross must use his genetically enhanced skills to survive and finish what Bourne started. Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz co-star, with Joan Allen and Albert Finney reprising their roles from the previous films.
