Kingman Names Suddenlink Best TV & Internet

For the second consecutive year, Suddenlink has been named “Best Internet Provider” in the Kingman Daily Miner annual Readers’ Choice Awards. Suddenlink also received “Best Television Provider” from the Arizona newspaper.

Suddenlink offers residential customers in Kingman High Speed Internet MAX 50.0 service. With download speeds up to 50 Megabits per second (Mbps), it is the fastest residential Internet service offered in the community.

Eastland, Texas, Gets Faster Internet Speeds

Late last week, we increased the download speeds of our residential Internet services in Eastland, Texas, at no added charge.Services with download speeds of 512 Kilobits per second (Kbps) and either 3 or 5 Megabits per second (Mbps) have been increased to 3 and 15 Mbps, respectively, and renamed accordingly: Suddenlink High-Speed Internet 3.0 and 15.0.  Suddenlink High-Speed Internet 15.0 is believed to be the fastest residential Internet service in Eastland.

Current customers were upgraded to the new speeds automatically.

Two Texas Towns Get Faster Internet Service

Last Thursday, we increased the download speeds of our high-speed Internet services in Brenham and Navasota, Texas. Services with download speeds of 1.5, 10 and 20 Megabits per second (Mbps) were increased to 3, 15 and 30 Mbps, respectively.

Current customers were upgraded to the new speeds automatically, at no added charge.

Neosho Gets Faster Internet Speeds, Phone Service

We’ve increased speeds for our Neosho, Mo., Internet services and launched Suddenlink Home Phone in that area. Current Internet customers with download speeds up to 512 Kilobits per second (Kbps) and 3 Megabits per second (Mbps) have been increased up to 3 and 15 Mbps, respectively. The latter is the fastest residential Internet service in the community.

Suddenlink Home Phone offers unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls, plus the most popular calling features, including Caller ID, Call Waiting, 3-Way Calling, Anonymous Call Rejection and Call Forwarding. Voice mail and international calls are also available at competitive rates. Importantly, Suddenlink Home Phone provides automatic access to the FCC-mandated Enhanced 911 system and is compatible with most modern alarm-monitoring equipment.

Greenwood, Miss., Gets Faster Internet Speed

Effective today, we began offering residential customers in Greenville, Miss., our Suddenlink High Speed Internet 15.0 service, featuring a download speed of up to 15 Megabits per second (Mbps). It is believed to be the fastest residential service in the area. Other Suddenlink Internet services, with download speeds of up to 1.5 and 10 Mbps, are also offered there.

The launch of 15.0 service in Greenville is part of Project Imagine. Suddenlink will continue to announce launches of new and enhanced services in other communities as they are confirmed.

Sibley, La., Area Gets Faster Internet Speeds

Suddenlink has increased the download speeds of its high-speed Internet services in Sibley, Ringgold, Doyline, Heflin and Dubberly, La. Suddenlink now offers download speeds of up to 1.5 Megabits per second (Mbps) and up to 10 Mbps. Current customers received the related new speeds automatically.

Faster Internet service is part of Project Imagine. Earlier this year, Suddenlink introduced high-definition (HD) TV programming to the Sibley area lineup and completed an upgrade to an all-digital TV lineup. We’ll continue to announce launches of new and enhanced services in other communities as they are confirmed.
