Web Searches Can Turn Up Viruses

With fewer consumers falling for bogus, virus-infested email, USA Today reports that cybercriminals are now concentrating their efforts on popular search services.  Resist clicking on results with unusual Web address endings, the article advises, adding that the suffixes “.ru” and “.cn” should be approached with caution.  These letters represent Russia and China, two countries where many corrupt links originate.
