On Demand Films Earn Oscar Nominations

Several films available through Suddenlink On Demand have dominated the 2015 Academy Awards nominations. “Birdman” is the most-nominated film, currently in the running for nine awards including “Best Picture,” “Best Actor” and “Best Director.”

Additional Oscar-nominated films available are “The Theory of Everything” and “Nightcrawler.”

Four New Movies Available On Demand

Comedy sequel “Dumb and Dumber To,” biopic “The Theory of Everything,” comedic drama “St. Vincent,” and dark comedy “Birdman” are now available through Suddenlink On Demand.

Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprise their roles in “Dumb and Dumber To,” setting out on a road trip to find Harry’s newly discovered daughter. Rob Riggle and Laurie Holden also star.

“The Theory of Everything” tells the story of renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking as he falls deeply in love with fellow Cambridge student Jane Wilde. Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones star.

In “St. Vincent,” a young boy whose parents just divorced finds an unlikely friend and mentor in the bawdy, hedonistic war veteran who lives next door. Bill Murray, Melissa McCarthy and Naomi Watts star.

Michael Keaton stars in the Oscar-nominated “Birdman,” the story of a washed-up actor struggling to mount a Broadway play. Lindsay Duncan, Zach Galifianakis and Edward Norton also star.
