Report: CNN Revamping Morning Lineup

Changes are coming to CNN’s morning lineup, according to The New York Times. In the works is a new four-hour morning show block. The first two hours will be hosted by recent ABC News correspondent Ashleigh Banfield and Zoraida Sambolin, a former news anchor in Chicago. Former CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien will host the second two-hour segment.

There’s no word on whether the new show block will be called “American Morning,” like CNN’s existing show, or be re-titled.

CNN is available to all Suddenlink customers who have what is commonly known as Expanded Basic TV service.
