MTV’s ‘DISconnected’ Looks at Digital Abuse

MTV today gave Mashable an exclusive sneak peak at “DISconnected,” the network’s newest original film. “DISconnected” aims to show what it’s like to grow up in a digital world and to offer teens examples of how to handle digital abuse. The film tells the story of four young people living in different cities who know each other only through a live streaming site.

“DISconnected” debuts Oct. 10 and is part of MTV’s “A Thin Line” campaign designed to promote teen Internet safety.

MTV is available to virtually all Suddenlink customers who have what is commonly known as Expanded Basic TV service.
