TiVo Premiere DVR Introduced in Cabot, Ark.

Today, Suddenlink launched the TiVo® Premiere DVR in Cabot, Ark.

TiVo Premiere combines Suddenlink’s service with TiVo’s best-in-class user interface to offer access to thousands of hours of entertainment choices, including content from Suddenlink’s video-on-demand library and the Web (e.g., YouTube videos), all accessible through TiVo’s advanced search and discovery features.

Suddenlink is the only multichannel TV service provider in the community to offer TiVo Premiere DVR. Since late last year, the device has been launched in the following markets: Amarillo, Andrews, Big Spring, Bryan-College Station, Canyon, Floydada, Georgetown, Huntsville, Lubbock, Midland, Plainview and Tulia, Texas, and Clovis, N.M.

Suddenlink plans to expand the availability of the device to additional markets this year.

      The WV team is working on the TiVo-box integration for Charleston. There are slightly different technical configurations in that area, which need to be worked out. As soon as they are able to deploy, we will share the news. Regarding the ESPN app, I know we were in discussions with ESPN on that matter, but I do not believe an agreement has yet been reached. If I learn differently, we’ll let everyone know.
