Suddenlink Reps Rate High With Customers

Three Suddenlink customer care representatives were recognized for earning top customer-satisfaction scores at their respective call centers in the first three months of 2011. The Customer Experience Achievement Awards went to Bennie Raindrop (Greenville, N.C.), Adam Garcia (Lubbock, Texas) and Natalie Huggins (Parkersburg, W. Va.)

    Where were these guys when all I could access was activate.suddenlink.com, and customer support said I would have to wait until the sales department opened to fix the problem they caused?
