“The King’s Speech,” winner of four Academy Awards – Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Original Screenplay – debuts today on Suddenlink Video on Demand (VOD). The historical drama portrays how the future King George VI of England (Colin Firth) overcomes a stammering problem with the help of an eccentric speech therapist (Geoffrey Rush).

Also available today is “Gulliver’s Travels,” a comedic adaptation of Jonathan Swift’s 18th-century novel. Jack Black plays a shipwrecked travel writer who ends up on the island of Lilliput, where he towers over its tiny citizens.
