Video on Demand Rolls Out in Greenville, N.C., Area

Beginning today, a host of added video options are now available to residents in most of greater Greenville, N.C., and the surrounding Pitt County area as Suddenlink has launched its new Video on Demand (VOD) service. Customers in upgraded areas will received this service immediately, with all remaining areas expected to be completed by early December.

Area residents with VOD can access it by going to Suddenlink Channel 1. The service features thousands of viewing choices, including movies, sports, news, music and popular cable-network shows. Many of them are in high definition (HD) format. More than a third of the Suddenlink VOD library is free. The rest of the programming is available for either a per-view charge or monthly subscription.

VOD service in the area is part of Project Imagine. Suddenlink will continue to announce launches of new and enhanced services in other communities as they are confirmed.
