New Bern, NC, Celebrates Tricentennial

New Bern, N.C. — a Suddenlink-served community that might be best known as the birthplace of Pepsi-Cola — is celebrating its 300th anniversary, blending old and new, from the town’s rich political and architectural history to the recently opened Alfred A. Cunningham bridge and an expected, late-summer completion of the ultra-modern North Carolina History Education Center.
